Capital Foncier offers the following services through its site: presentation of secure land plots available for purchase, personalised land diagnosis, instalment-plan simulation, support throughout the acquisition process and access to a personalised Investor Space.
Information published on the site (prices, availability, plot characteristics) is provided for indicative purposes only and may be modified without prior notice. Only contractual documents signed at the notary prevail.
Access to certain features (Investor Space, file tracking, documents) requires the creation of a user account.
4. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the site for its intended purpose and in compliance with the laws in force in Côte d'Ivoire. Any fraudulent, abusive or improper use is strictly prohibited.
