Who publishes and maintains these resources?
Capital Foncier (SARL incorporated in Côte d'Ivoire, based in Abidjan) publishes and updates these resources. Legal content is drafted in-house and cross-checked with official texts (Ordinance 2013-481, Law 2020-624, Law 98-750 as amended, MCLU and AFOR decrees).
Where do the subdivision data come from?
The 5,230 approved subdivisions are sourced from the official portal of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Living Environment (ex-MCLU). Data is refreshed weekly, geocoded, and enriched (commune, status, year of approval).
How can I check a professional listed in the directory?
The directory is provided for information only. Before hiring a professional, check their registration with the relevant professional body.
